Welcome to "ShowtheSymbol.com". The most devastating news I ever received
was "you have cancer". As a cancer survivor, I remember those words all too well
but... I'm very happy to say, I am one of many to "Survive the
Storm". You may be wondering about the significance of the
"Symbol". The image depicts the transition from the "stormiest" of
seas to survival and the celebration of life. I designed this symbol to
visually show others who are courageously fighting their battle, that many of us
have survived and are, in deed, celebrating.
By displaying my symbol, the public will become aware that you
know a survivor and want to demonstrate support for someone
who has just heard those awful words. This symbol is needed to
encourage early diagnosis, therefore increasing
the number of those who Survive the Storm.
