Ordering online through
ShowtheSymbol.com is simple. We will, however give you more
detailed information, hoping we can answer any questions you may have.
"Key" words will be in
light blue type. Links are underlined.
Registration
is not required by our system, nor is it by
PayPal, our online
credit card processor.

Method of Payment
We accept: Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Diners Club with the
MasterCard Logo. Click for more PayPal

We also accept Personal Checks, however
we must allow 12 days for the check to clear before we will ship the item(s). If
you wish to pay by personal check, please click on the "Pay
By Check" link in the Gear page button menu.
To initiate a credit card or PayPal purchase, be sure you have
"cookies" enabled on your computer. On the
Gear page, select any applicable
size options for the item you wish to purchase.
Click the "BUY NOW!"
button to the right of the item. You will be transferred
to our PayPal page where you'll see the item you selected.
Once you're on the
PayPal page,
you can adjust your order. To change
quantity, highlight the number in the box
("1" is set as the default) and click
"Update Cart".
If you wish to select additional items, click the "Continue
Shopping" button if you are using the Internet Explorer internet
browser, or click the "Show the Symbol" tab (at the top
of your screen) if you are using a
tab-supporting browser such as Netscape,
Firefox or Opera. Either way you will return to the Gear page.
You can
view your shopping cart by clicking on the "View Cart"
button at the top of the Survivor Gear merchandise section. Once you're finished with your selections
you can either log into PayPal (if you have an
account) or make a purchase as a "guest":
1) Log In
Log into your PayPal account with your email address and password. You will then
be able to review your order details, edit the billing address,
shipping and/or
contact information, and add special notes or instructions under
"Additional Information".
All required information is notated with a red asterisk.
Your default payment method is listed with additional options available by
clicking on the link marked "More Funding Options". You will also be given the
opportunity to redeem any
special offers
you might have received from PayPal or ShowtheSymbol.com. The final step is a
"Security Check" which is done to prevent automated registrations.

2) Shop as a Guest
You will be given the option to sign-up for PayPal or continue as a guest. At
this point you will be asked to provide billing, shipping and contact
information and add special notes or instructions under "Additional
Information". All required information is marked with a red asterisk.
You will be prompted to list your payment method. This page is also where you would redeem
any special offers you might have received
from PayPal or ShowtheSymbol.com. The final step is a "Security Check"
which is done to prevent automated registrations.
Once you've reviewed your order, you will complete the process by clicking "Pay".
You also have the option to "Cancel the Order..."
and return to the merchant. If you selected "Pay", your payment will be
processed and you will receive a
confirmation message
from ShowtheSymbol.com as well as a
confirmation email
directly from PayPal. If you chose to cancel the order
no charges will be applied to your credit card or PayPal account.
