$10 - $19.99 = $6.00
$20 - $49.99 = $8.00
$50 - $99.99 = $10.00
$100 & Up = $12.00
Shipping Methods
We use both the US Postal Service and UPS for shipping. Items are shipped standard delivery with approximate transit times within the United States, 5-6 business days to the East Coast, 7-10 business days to the Mid-West and up to 14 days to the West Coast. We do offer expedited (2-3 day) delivery for an additional $10. Please contact us regarding Overnight Delivery. An email address and phone number have been provided at the bottom of this page.
 
Special Note:
Orders listed with a Post Office Box must be shipped by the US Postal Service. UPS cannot deliver to the post office.

Frequently Asked Questions:

When will you ship my order?
Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt unless the item is backordered. If this is the case, we will contact you by email or telephone (if you've provided a daytime telephone number) to inform you.

Can I check the status of my order?
Yes, please email or call us for order status. An email address and phone number are provided at the bottom of this page.

If there is a problem with my order what do I do?
If there is anything wrong with your order when it arrives, again, please email or call us. See below for details.

Can I return my item for a refund?
Yes, we accept returns with certain stipulations. Please contact us to receive authorization for a return. If the item is received damaged, any and all damages MUST be reported immediately upon receipt of the delivery. Damage reports should be forwarded by email or phone–not by mail.

Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and should include the original packing slip. Please include your return address, daytime phone number and email address. Securely package the merchandise and insure it for the full retail value. We are not responsible for lost return packages. Please ensure that you receive a tracking number for your return shipment. Unless the item is received damaged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that refunds will be processed via the original payment method. If you paid for your order by credit card, please understand that we do not store your credit information. We will need to contact you for additional information in order to process your refund. You will receive a full refund less a $3 restocking fee. There is no restocking fee for a "damaged goods" refund.

If you paid by personal check, we will refund the full amount by check. Here again, there is a $3 restocking fee unless you are returning "damaged goods".
